Our product is available in a single 40-gram format. We also offer Sicilian Orange Powder in the same size.

Type of Lemon

We use the Volkamer Lemon from Sicily to produce our powder. This ancient and wild variety of lemon produces an orange-colored fruit when fully ripe, with a fragrant skin and sour pulp.

Processing of Sicilian Lemon

After harvesting fresh lemons, they are cut and dried in an oven for several hours before being ground into a fine powder using a 1mm sieve.

Harvesting Area

Our lemons are collected from a lemon grove located in Pozzillo, a few steps from Catania near Acireale. The perfect climate and unique scenery make this area an ideal place to grow lemons.
