Typical Sicilian product with an intense and decisive taste. Sardines browned in extra virgin olive oil and fresh onion is then blended with white wine.
This makes the sauce an excellent compromise between the flavour of the sea and the earth. Thanks to the addition of tomato concentrate, the red colour makes it characteristic of the Catania area.
