Sicilian Orange Marmalade soft and intense aroma, fragrant homemade Sicilian orange jam.

The absence of added pectin and the processing with carob flour implies that the jam is less gelatinous, easier to spread and melt in the mouth.

A totally natural product able of maintaining orange’s qualities thanks to mechanical processes that do not alter the taste.

Sicilian Orange Marmalade Ingredients:

• Sugar
• Orange
• Waterfall
• Carrubba flour

Fruit used: 60g per 100g of product

Sugar used: 58g per 100g of product

Packaging:

The product comes in a single 240g jar. The lemon and mandarin version is also available.
