Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade

Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade with 80% Fruit and cane sugar. Smooth and with an intense aroma, a very fragrant homemade jam.

Fully natural product capable of retaining all the qualities of the orange thanks to the use of mechanical processes that do not alter the taste.

Ingredients for Sicilian Mandarin Jam:

  • Mandarins (80%)
  • Cane Sugar
  • Lemon Juice

Fruit used: 80g per 100g of product

Packaging:

The product comes in a single jar of 240g. There’s also a version with Lemon and Orange.

The Mandarins used by the Sikeliano Company in Catania are the Marzaiolo or Tangerine.

This is why the color of the jam might vary depending on the month of production and the type of Mandarins used.
