Legume of the Mammana Farm with very small dimensions and flattened shape, planted in March with harvesting during the month of June.

Dried for a few days and wrapped in resistant sheets to start the threshing process which will eliminate all impurities before packaging.

Very delicate product and increasingly difficult to grow due to its sensitivity to external agents.

A very high percentage of protein and a lower fat content than common lentils.

To make an excellent lentil soup, it is desirable to rinse the legume during preparation to remove any soil
residues and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
