Legume of the Mammana Farm with small and rounded shape, planted in March with harvesting during the month of June.

Highly digestible product and particularly suitable for diabetic individuals.

Dried for a few days and wrapped in resistant sheets to start the threshing process which will eliminate all impurities before packaging.

Very delicate product and increasingly difficult to grow due to its sensitivity to external agents.

Legume with very low glycaemic index and very low concentration of fats (mostly unsaturated).

To make an excellent lentil soup it is advisable to rinse the legume during preparation to remove any soil residues and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
