Collection area

The oil is collected at S.M. Of Licodia. C.da Mancusa Sottana exactly on the slopes of Etna South side at 650m. Harvested exclusively by hand and without machinery. Predominantly volcanic soil.

Appearance and taste Nocellara Etna oil

Appearance with intense green nuances. Medium fruity nose, with a sensation of freshly mown grass and notes of artichoke; Spicy bitter taste with tomato aftertaste.

Very fragrant and unobtrusive sensation on the palate.

Gastronomic combinations
