ETNA ROSSO DOC

Etna Rosso DOC by Travaglianti company comes from a soft direct pressing of the grapes of Nerello Mascalese, on the slopes of Etna.

After being cold decanted for one night, the must is stripped and left to ferment for about two weeks in steel at a low temperature.

After the first racking, before filtering, the wine is stirred briefly, allowing the lees, previously deposited on the bottom, to rise in suspension.

Bottling and ageing in the bottle for at least 3 months. 2018 with a moderately high alcohol content (13.5 °).

Excellent to accompany main meat courses.
