Etna Rosso Nerello Mascalese from the Di Mauro farm, born on the slopes of Etna and cultivated on volcanic soil.

Wine with a high alcohol content (14 °), ruby red, and intense and decisive taste.

Exclusively Sicilian product aged 24 months. Excellent to combine with first courses made with lightly treated flours and homemade sauce.

  • Training system: Espalier, spurred cordon
  • Vinification: Separation from the stalks and pressing
  • Fermentation with marc: 10 ÷ 15 days for a better extraction of color and tannins, on indigenous yeasts.
  • Aging: 12 months on the noble lees in steel silos, 6 months in the bottle
  • Color: Deep ruby red with violet reflections and an intense aroma with hints of cherry under alcohol.
  • Taste: The taste is persistent and elegant with a good balance between alcohol and acidity and spicy notes
