ETNA ROSATO IGT

High quality Etna Rosato IGT  rosé by the Travaglianti company.

The excellence of Etna protagonist at the World Wine Awards 2020 totalled 90 points and winner of the silver medal.

Excellent table wine with a very short maceration on the skins.

After being cold decanted for one night, the must is stripped and left to ferment for about two weeks in steel at a low temperature.

After the first racking, before filtering, the wine is stirred briefly, allowing the lees, previously deposited on the bottom, to rise in suspension.

Bottling and ageing in the bottle for at least 4 months.

Very soft and pleasant sensation on the palate with a relatively high alcohol content (14.5 °).

Excellent pairing with cheeses or fish main courses.
