Almond Sicily variety Tuono  from the Mammana farm in Syracuse area.

Natural product subjected to shelling by mechanical processes, variety not very rich in oil with semi-soft shell and very soft palate sensation.

Naturally dried, it is also excellent for making sweets or almond milk thanks to its very delicate and characteristic taste.

Collection area

The oil is harvested at the Mammana Farm in Noto (SR). Harvested through a mechanical process and drying through a natural process.

Curiosity

According to studies, during a balanced diet it is possible to take 28g of almonds, therefore an equivalent of about 20 daily almonds to be divided in the first part of the day.
